1) What is the purpose of the $99 retainer?
We understand making the important decision of your wedding videographer/photographer is a huge commitment, and we want you to take as much time as you need. All bookings are on a first come, first serve basis (signed contract and 50% deposit retainer). However, we can put a soft hold on your wedding date for (30 days) for a small fee of only $99, which will give enough time to complete the 50% deposit retainer. That small fee will go toward your total balance, 30 days later you are require to complete the full 50% deposit retainer or the date will be re-open again.
2) What’s the next step after we put a (30 days) soft hold on your wedding date?
(a) One of our weddings professional will schedule an appointment with you and your fiancé 1-3 days later at a time that’s convenient for you guys, it can be via Skype, FaceTime, or Google Chat meeting, or just a phone call.
(b) The appointment session will allow us to get to know you and your fiancé. We’ll spend some time going over your wedding day vision, the details and the special moments you looking forward to.
(c) Before the appointment session, we’ll email you a list of frequently asked question just so you and your fiancé could have a better understanding of what to expect.
(d) After we answer all your questions and ensure there are no surprises or miscommunication, we’ll then send you our online contract to fill out and sign, as well as a link to make the full 50% deposit retainer, which includes the $99 deposit you already made.
3) Where are you based out of?
We are located in Miami, FL. We mainly serve the Tri-County area, (Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County).
4) Are you willing to travel out of Florida or the country for our wedding?
Yes! We love both destination and local weddings. We’re ready and willing to travel anywhere in the world to document your big day. There are different rates for out states weddings (Florida) or destination weddings (Country outside the U.S). Our wedding professional will provide much more details during your appointment session.
5) How soon after our wedding can we expect the final product?
(a) For Wedding Videography: You can expect to see a sneak peek of your wedding video (about 2- 4 weeks) afterwards, maybe sooner, Since it takes some time to go through all the video clips taken and remove the bad clips (bad camera shots, test shots, duplicate shots, etc.), plus we want to give an ample amount of love and care in color correcting/enhancing in finalizing the full edit of your love story. It can roughly take 6-12 weeks total to for us to the have complete project ready.
(b) For photo booth rental: Here’s how it work: guess will be provided with double prints of all photos. Guess will then place the extra photo, place it in the scrapbook and write a message to go along with. At the end of the night that scrapbook with all the wonderful memories (100 plus photos of your guess) will be presented to you as the final product, and of course you will also have a private online gallery to view and share these memories once again with family and friends.
6) Delivery of final product:
When the final products is completed, depends on your selected package we will have them on a DVD, USB flash drive or on a private online gallery, which we will provide you with a username and password to not only view and download the high-res, edited digital files, but also shares your wedding photos/videos with your family and friends. By default, this gallery will be online up to a year after your wedding. Please make sure to download and back up all your images by then.
7) What happen after the (30 days) soft hold?
We require our future bride and groom to complete the full 50%deposit retainer on the 30th day of making the small $99 deposit retainer or before then, if failed to do so, client forfeits the retainer and the date will beer-open again.
